1) Payment by Credit Card
You can make payments online with any type of credit card in a single transaction. At the end of your online order, the amount will be charged to your credit card. In the event of a potential order cancellation or stock issues, the refund will be processed back to your credit card within 5 business days.

2) Order Refunds
In the event that your order is canceled for any reason, Boolbols will refund the product cost to your account and/or credit card within 3 business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card details correctly and completely to our financial team.

3) Delivery
We strive to ship the products you ordered on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the shipping time will be as indicated in the product details, typically within 1 business day. You will be notified in case of a possible delivery delay.
Please make sure to provide the address where you will be available during the day as the delivery address to ensure smooth product delivery.

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method you select at the time of ordering. Products will be shipped from our company, based in Istanbul, via express air cargo. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 1 business day.
You can consult with our customer service representative regarding different delivery conditions. Additionally, shipping is only available to the United States.

4) Payment Tracking
If the system encounters an issue that prevents the transaction from being completed, our visitors will be notified at the end of the payment page.
If there is any error in the specified address, the customer who placed the order will be contacted regarding the undeliverable order.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
We are responsible for ensuring the completion of the delivery, both to the customer and to the bank processing the credit card system.

Please Note!
If you believe that the package was damaged during shipping, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery company representative. If you find any damage, request a report from the shipping company and do not accept the package.
Once the product has been received, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its duties properly.
If the product is damaged: Please send a report of the issue to info@boolbols.com as soon as possible.
Once these steps are completed, we will begin working on reshipping your package as soon as possible.
In the email, briefly explain why you wish to return the product to help us better handle the issue.
